I was looking for a specific gift for someone and couldn’t find what I was looking for. Knowing Leaf and Petal carried felt ornaments, I reached out to see if they could custom order me a tiger. Petra was super helpful and sent me a few choices. She ordered the ornament right away. Unfortunately the place she purchase from delayed shipment, but Petra kept me informed along the way and shipped the tiger ornament to me at no cost since we’d already left the area for Christmas. It arrived December 24th, just in time. The ornament looked great and I really appreciated Petra’s exceptional service. I will definitely purchase from Leaf and Petal again.
