Each caramel is topped with Lavender Sea Salt - a blend of Maine grown lavender flower buds and Maine sea salt.
They are made with brown sugar rather than white sugar which means they contain molasses - this gives the caramels a rich, dark color and flavor, while also bumping up their nutritional value!
