Ingredients:

Jade Blossom: *green tea, *blackberry leaf, *safflower petals, natural flavors *organic

Awaken: *Sencha green tea, *peppermint, *spearmint, *nettle, *lemongrass, *eleuthero *organic

Creme de la Berry: green tea, *cacao nibs, strawberry flavoring and strawberry fruit pieces. *organic

Steeping Tips For Green Tea:

Boil water to 170° F
Measure 1 - 2 tsp of tea per 8 ounces of water.
Place tea into your steeper.
Pour hot water over tea and let steep 2 - 3 minutes.
Enjoy a cup of goodness. 
Teas may be infused up to 3 times.
