We want you to love what you ordered—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

💳 Store Credit & Exchanges

We generally offer in-store credit or even exchanges for approved returns. In rare cases (extenuating circumstances only), we may approve a full refund.

📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • With tags (if applicable) and original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

🚚 How to Start a Return

Email us at connect@leafandpetalva.com to request a return.
If approved, we’ll send return instructions (and a shipping label if it’s an online order).
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first - it won’t be accepted.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned:

  • Opened or unsealed teas and perishable goods

  • Sale and clearance items

  • Holiday or seasonal merchandise

  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

Online Orders: Email us first to arrange an exchange. Once your return is approved, we’ll send your replacement. If we issue a return shipping label, it expires after 30 days.

In-Store Purchases: Bring your item to the shop and talk with one of us - easy!

💰 Refunds (Rare, But Possible)

If your return qualifies for a refund, we’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
