I still rated 5 star because the shop provides such a caliber of service. I did call to discuss this already with staff and manager; The site only asks for one email address for The e-gift card messaging and confirmation/receipt so you cannot directly send the gift card to the recipient. The only option is to forward an email to them from your inbox. The system actually sends two separate emails, I got one with the gift card and it was nicely formatted. And a separate one with the receipt and confirmation of purchase. I wish there was a way for the first email to send directly to the recipient with a short message. In this case, the recipient, a supervisor at work, had a death in the family and it was kind of awkward to tell them that I forwarded a gift to their personal email. None the less, the gift was well received and the staff attempted to help me over the phone as best as they could. Unfortunately, I would not order the e-card again since you don't truly get to surprise the recipient as intended. I'd I had the option and it was timely to pick up the physical card, I would have, but I don't live near by. I'll be back for tea some day though! Thanks again!
