The final stage of toxin elimination and one of the most sensitive since it mainly deals with waste, it is important to treat the bladder in its entirety. Similar to the mouth, it will need to optimally function while fighting off the stress it endures.

Bladder starts to focus on the ever important diuretic herbs that will stimulate the bladders as well as the kidneys. This elimination will help to remove toxins and bacteria in the urinary tract by thoroughly filtering through the kidneys and increasing the production of urine. With all of this activity in the bladder, we want to keep it running smoothly by strengthening and lubricating the muscles and connective tissue inside the bladder to not only allow a smooth flow but also respond well to an overactive bladder. Anti-inflammatory and astringent properties will then soothe the membranes to offer any necessary calming of the tissues and pain relief. Since we’re dealing with waste expulsion, we want to fight off any potential infections with antimicrobial, antifungal and antiseptic properties that will inhibit bacterial growth and cleanses the entire bladder system.
