German chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla), grown in Egypt, also known as Wild Chamomile, & Hungarian Chamomile, is primarily used for herbal tea and cosmetic purposes. Chamomile is recognized the world over as a traditional soothing, sleep-aiding herbal tea. It also has been historically used to soothe irritated or inflamed skin.

Ingredients:

Organic and Kosher chamomile flowers (matricaria chamomilla)

Directions:

Steep 2 teaspoons in 8 ounces of water (208˚) for 5 - 7 minutes (depending on strength preference) to make chamomile tea. Add honey or other sweetener, if desired.

Keep in a cool, dark, dry place
