This Chocolate Peppermint, or mentha x piperita, uses a single variety of extra-potent peppermint which has a chocolatey sweetness that will make your mouth water. The mint is grown on our vendor's farm in Wisconsin, and is processed within an hour of harvest to preserve its freshness and complex flavor profile.

Ingredients: Chocolate Peppermint (mentha x piperita) 

Directions:

Steep 1 tablespoon in 8 ounces of water (208˚) for 6 - 8 minutes (depending on strength preference, can also steep overnight for a really strong brew), and cover the container with a lid, to make chocolate peppermint tea.
