Cramp Body Balm

This organic cramp balm is excellent for soothing menstrual or any muscle or body cramps.

Made with pure organic ingredients including cramp bark and white willow bark infused olive oil, shea butter, beeswax and 100% pure clary sage essential oil.

This balm can be used as needed and rub over the affected area. Cramp bark (viburnum opulus)-cramp bark is a wonderful herb for women and is known for relieving cramps by relaxing the muscles including those associated with premenstrual syndrome or pms. It can also relieve pain, act as an antispasmodic and lower inflammation and support relief for conditions like gout, endometriosis, and migraines. White willow bark (salix alba) this herb has been used in natural medicine for centuries to act as an anti-inflammatory to naturally treat pain. Often used as a natural alternative to aspirin or ibuprofen.
