Full Moon Herbal Tea Blend is super green, deeply herbal & juicy! A nourishing blend filled with grounding root, leaf, flower and fruit. This blend is high in beneficial vitamins and minerals. Specifically formulated to support & strengthen women during menstruation, pregnancy & breastfeeding. Full Moon Mamas. We consider this brew like a daily vitamin that can be enjoyed by all ~ including men & children. 

Flavor: Grounding green and fruity with delicate ginger spice.

Ingredients: *red raspberry leaf, *nettle, *lemon balm, *milky oat tops, *oat straw, *rose hips, *hibiscus & *ginger root

*organic, from the garden, or wild harvested

Brewing: Use 1 Tbsp. to infuse one cup. Pour freshly boiled water over the tea and let steep 5-10 minutes. Strain and add honey if desired. Enjoy! *This blend can also be cold infused.

Cold Infusion: Add up to 1/4 cup of herbal tea into a quart jar and top off with water. Chill for 6-12 hours. Strain, taste, sweeten if needed and enjoy!

This is a naturally caffeine-free tea.

• Small: approximately .2 ounces/8 grams - makes about 4 cups of hot tea
• Medium: approximately .6 ounces/17 grams - makes about 8 or 9 cups of hot tea
• Large: approximately 1 ounce/27 grams - makes about 12 to 15 cups of hot tea
• Extra Large: approximately 2 ounces/54+ grams - makes about 24 to 30 cups of hot tea
