Our Silver Needle White Tea is a single-bud tea harvested only a few days each spring and is the highest grade of white teas and one of the rarest teas in the world. Silver Needle has a clear nectar-like infusion, with a sweet, mellow finish and contains the highest level of antioxidants of any teas.

USDA Organic & OU Kosher White tea contains caffeine that occurs naturally in the tea plant. 

• Small: approximately .2 ounces/8 grams - makes about 4 cups of hot tea
• Medium: approximately .6 ounces/17 grams - makes about 8 or 9 cups of hot tea
• Large: approximately 1 ounce/27 grams - makes about 12 to 15 cups of hot tea
• Extra Large: approximately 2 ounces/54+ grams - makes about 24 to 30 cups of hot tea
