Panda White comes from one of the highest elevation tea farms in the world. Teas this rich and complex are few and far between, so prepare yourself. The liquor steeps up light with an orange tinge. A strong citrus aroma leads to a raisin-sweet first impression. Then the flavor evolves on your palate, settling into a creamy, custardy fullness. Notice the vanilla accents and high muscatel notes, adding depth and range to the profile. Panda White makes an ideal gong fu tea; the large leaves continue to deliver flavor after multiple steeps. We fell in love with this tea when we visited Nepal—and the love affair continues!
