How to Use:

Grind herbs down in a grinder of choice, or breakdown with your fingers. Assemble into your rolling paper, or p.ipe, and enjoy. It is to be used ceremonially and mindfully to clear bacterial build up and assist the sinus (for seasonal allergies).
