Ti Kwan Yin Oolong Tea

Ti Kwan Yin Oolong, otherwise known as Tieguanyin, is a wonderful oolong tea from Fujian, China, expertly processed in the classic style. The new trend for Ti Kwan Yin (also pronounced "Ti Gwan Yin") is for the finish to be more green and sweet. This Ti Kwan Yin has the sweetness, balanced with a slight baking of the leaf. The result is a sweet, yet toasty flavor.

Oolong tea contains caffeine that occurs naturally in the tea plant.

• Small: approximately .2 ounces/8 grams - makes about 4 cups of hot tea
• Medium: approximately .6 ounces/17 grams - makes about 8 or 9 cups of hot tea
• Large: approximately 1 ounce/27 grams - makes about 12 to 15 cups of hot tea
• Extra Large: approximately 2 ounces/54+ grams - makes about 24 to 30 cups of hot tea
