Blender's Notes:

Thirst-quenching hibiscus is balanced with licorice root, lady’s mantle, red raspberry, and fennel to round out this pleasing and toning blend. We’ve also added St. John's wort for added mood support and cramp bark to work its magic during your moon cycle. This PMS support tea is delicious hot or cold, but be sure to steep it hot and strong before chilling for maximum effect.

Ingredients: *hibiscus, *licorice, *lady's mantle, *red raspberry leaf, *lavender, *fennel, *cramp bark, natural flavor, *st. john's wort

• Small: approximately .2 ounces/8 grams - makes about 4 cups of hot tea
• Medium: approximately .6 ounces/17 grams - makes about 8 or 9 cups of hot tea
• Large: approximately 1 ounce/27 grams - makes about 12 to 15 cups of hot tea
• Extra Large: approximately 2 ounces/54+ grams - makes about 24 to 30 cups of hot tea
